RETURNS:
14 days allowed for the return of goods for exchange or refund. We refund the cost price of the goods, but not the carriage charge. You the customer are liable for all costs of returning goods. We recommend you either return the goods by Royal Mail Special Delivery/Recorded Delivery or Proof of Postage or Tracked Courier.
CJ Industries cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Please ensure all goods are returned in the same condition as you received them. This includes packaging. We will endevour to assist in any way we are able but we can not be held responsible for damaged or lost goods returned to us.
